Bassworks' "Kodachi" series of basses owe some of their inspiration to Leo Fender's designs in the 1950s and 1960s and the PMM4-T combines a number of different influences.

Despite their design influences, our instruments strive to improve on what has gone before.

The JPJ4 sports a Bartolini dual in-line coil pickup (humcanceling) at the bridge and a split humbucker in the neck position. From "Jaco to Jamerson"in an instant.

The PMM4-T has a slim 4 tuner in-line headstock and a dual coil Bartolini MM pickup.d

30+ years of playing and our skilled manufacture deliver the tone, playability and reliability that all bass players deserve to enjoy in the BW4 "Kodachi" series.
